Bryan Riehle is the Vice President of Preconstruction & Construction Systems at Merus. He heads up our shared services group, supporting Preconstruction and Operational Excellence across every region we serve. Whether he’s guiding design-build pursuits or mentoring a team of estimators, Brian brings a steady hand and sharp mind to everything he touches.

Driven by curiosity and grounded in integrity, Brian is constantly looking for ways to improve how we plan, build, and grow. He’s passionate about developing systems that work, processes that scale, and people who thrive.
