Jake Martin

Jake Martin joined Merus in 2021 as a Senior Project Manager and has continued to grow as a leader from within. Recently promoted to Vice President, Design-Build, Jake now plays a key role in shaping how we approach project delivery across our portfolio. In this role, he leads the evolution of our design-build platform — connecting teams, aligning visions, and ensuring projects are carried through with clarity and intention. 

He is known for his calm, collaborative style and a mindset that prioritizes long-term value over short-term wins. Jake builds trust easily — with our internal teams, our partners, and the communities we work in. His leadership reflects what we aim for at Merus: thoughtful execution, lasting impact, and work we can all be proud of.
