CREDA Cincinnati/​Northern Kentucky names Merus Developer of the Year

Merus was named Developer of the Year at CREDA’s annual Night of the Stars, recognizing a strong year of work across our industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use portfolio in the Cincinnati region.

Over the past year, we leased more than 300,000 SF across our existing portfolio, completed 650,000 SF of industrial build-to-suit projects, finished the first phase of Cold Spring Town Center, welcoming First Watch and McAlister's Deli, and completed or started construction on more than 500 multifamily units.

We’re proud of those milestones, but the people and partnerships behind them are what make this recognition meaningful.

Every project takes a team willing to solve problems, stay accountable, and keep moving things forward. As an employee-owned company, that ownership mindset is part of how we work every day.
