Each spring, we mark this distinction by coming together for our annual Owners’ Day—a meaningful tradition that brings employee-owners from all four of our markets together to connect, reflect, and celebrate our shared accomplishments. We understand our collective success is built on the strength of our people, and Owners’ Day is a reminder of what we’ve achieved, and what we’re building, together. 

This year, we celebrated announcing the third annual 1894 Award winner at this year's Owners' Day. The 1894 Award came into fruition as a way to celebrate the growth of our company year after year, alongside an employee-owner's lasting contribution to our organization's achievements. 

For 30 years, Project Superintendent, Jeff Helmer has shaped our company through steady leadership, unwavering dedication to our people and clients, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve.
