Merus breaks ground on Dixon Commerce Center, bringing 190,960 SF of new industrial space to Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio (July 21, 2026) — Merus has announced Dixon Commerce Center, a 190,960 SF Class-A speculative industrial development in Obetz, Ohio, strategically located along Interstate 270 near Rickenbacker International Airport.

The project will deliver a modern distribution, manufacturing and logistics facility designed to serve users seeking efficient regional connectivity within one of the Midwest's strongest industrial markets.

Merus closed on the 14.2-acre site in June 2026, and construction began in July 2026. The project is anticipated to be completed in April 2027 following a nine-month construction schedule.
