Merus builds Indianapolis momentum with I‑65 Whiteland

September 24, 2026 — Merus has closed on a 40-acre industrial development site in Whiteland, IN, marking its third development in the Indianapolis market.

I-65 Whiteland will deliver a 399,280 SF industrial facility designed to support logistics and industrial users. We will serve as the sole developer and general contractor for the project.

The building will feature a rear-load configuration and 36' clear height, providing modern industrial space in a well-connected location just south of Indianapolis. Located along I-65, the site provides direct connectivity to Indianapolis and Chicago to the north and Louisville to the south. The project is also within close proximity to Indianapolis International Airport, offering strong access to regional and national transportation networks.

I-65 Whiteland continues our investment in the Indianapolis market and strengthens our presence in the Crossroads of America.

Construction is expected to begin in October 2026, with completion anticipated in July 2027.
