Merus extends portfolio in Pittsburgh Airport Corridor with Northfield II
We have signed a 50-year ground lease with the Allegheny County Airport Authority to bring a 232,400 SF speculative industrial building to Northfield Industrial Park. With plans to break ground in March 2026, this new build adds to the momentum we’ve built in the Airport Corridor over the last several years. Expected completion is for Q4 of 2026.
This will be our 13th ground lease with the Airport Authority at Northfield — home to completed projects for clients like Legrand, Krystal Biotech, and Pepsi. Our work in the corridor has always been about anticipating need and demand, and Northfield II echoes that approach.
Earlier this year, Northfield Industrial Park received the 2025 Best New Business Park award from NAIOP Pittsburgh. We’re proud to continue contributing to the region’s growth with ready-to-serve industrial space.
