Merus set to deliver high-functioning industrial facility for Schneider Electric

Merus has partnered with Schneider Electric to deliver a 446,000 SF logistics facility in Fairfield, Ohio. Developed as a build-to-suit, the project will serve as a key node in Schneider’s supply chain and is expected to create around 250 jobs in the region.

From early conversations, our team collaborated closely with Schneider Electric to fine-tune building specifications and accelerate delivery to meet their desired timeline. That flexibility helped us create a space that’s both high-performing and tailored to their unique logistics needs.
