Merus selects Scripps Center for new Cincinnati Headquarters

We’re preparing to move our Cincinnati headquarters to the 26th floor of Scripps Center in 2027. The full-floor, 20,000-square-foot workplace will give our employee-owners more room to collaborate, focus, and connect, along with expansive views of downtown and the riverfront.

The move reflects where we’re headed and what continues to matter to us: working together, staying rooted in Cincinnati, and contributing to a downtown community we believe in. In a recent Above the Fold podcast conversation, our CEO Molly North shared that we’ve been exploring headquarters options for several years and are excited to create a space that better supports the way our team works today. She also discussed our work across Cincinnati, Nashville, Pittsburgh, and Raleigh, including new opportunities in industrial, multifamily, and health care development — and the progress underway on Rivergate, our largest development to date.
