We served as the developer and design-builder of Shoals Way Industrial, the bulk warehouse completed in late 2023. Strategically located between Nashville and Bowling Green, the building secured a full lease with Shoals Technologies Group shortly after completion.

The new campus consolidates Shoals’ three Tennessee facilities into one location, expanding production capacity for solar, battery energy storage systems, and data center infrastructure. It represents a $30 million investment, with a total commitment of up to $80 million over five years.

The opening also marked Shoals’ 30th anniversary. To celebrate, Shoals donated $20,000 to Hands of Hope to support meals for residents in Portland and across Sumner County.

This milestone reflects strong execution by Shoals, continued growth for the Portland community, and the value of well-positioned industrial development.
