The Arc opens fully leased near the University of Cincinnati

The Arc is open and fully leased near the University of Cincinnati — a strong finish for a project built through close collaboration.

Developed by Uptown Rental Properties and North American Properties, the five-story community in Mount Auburn includes 56 apartments and approximately 200 beds. The Arc opened in August in time for the fall semester with 100% occupancy. We served as general contractor, working alongside the development and design teams to bring the project to completion.

The building sits at East McMillan Street and Auburn Avenue in the Auburn Avenue Historic District. Its design incorporates full brick facades and details that connect the new building to the character of the surrounding neighborhood. The project also includes high-efficiency building systems and other improvements expected to reduce energy use by nearly 54%.
