We’re proud to partner with AtriCure, Inc. — a global leader in cardiac surgical devices — to bring their next chapter of growth to life in Mason, OH. In close collaboration with the City of Mason and our design partner KZF Design, we’re delivering a two-phase, build-to-suit expansion that will give AtriCure even more room to innovate and serve patients around the world.

The 103,500 SF project, set on 6.84 acres, combines new construction with thoughtful updates to AtriCure’s existing headquarters.

• Phase 1 (completing Q3 2026): New manufacturing, lab, and support spaces to expand operations.
• Phase 2 (completing Q4 2026): Warehouse and modern upgrades to their current facility for an even better employee and visitor experience.

Together, these enhancements will strengthen AtriCure’s ability to make a lasting impact — both locally and globally.
