Fairfield Logistics Center introduced 1.4 million SF of industrial space to Greater Cincinnati. With multiple phases complete and room for expansion, the development supports various businesses and has the potential to create over 700 jobs.
Transport and logistics company, Maersk, and global energy management leader, Schneider Electric, are included in the tenant roster. Schneider Electric’s 446,603 SF facility is set to create 250 jobs for the area and will reach completion by Q4 2025.
