Jetway Logistics is a two-building industrial development designed to meet the rising demand for high-quality logistics and distribution space in Middle Tennessee.

Jetway Logistics will deliver 411,600 total SF across two speculative Class A industrial buildings in a two-phased design-build approach. Merus is leading the project as both developer and design-builder, with funding provided through Merus Industrial Fund II.

Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2025. Building II is expected to be complete in December 2026, and Building I’s estimated completion is April 2027.
