The Bavarian

Following our collaboration with Urban Sites and Kenton County on The Hayden at Roebling Point, we are continuing to invest in Covington’s growth with The Bavarian. This new five-story, 125-unit apartment community will rise above the Administrative Building Garage at 500 W MLK. 

Designed by Elevar, engineered by Schaefer, and built by Merus, The Bavarian reflects a collaborative approach to strengthening the city of Covington’s residential offerings. 

Construction is set to begin later this year, with move-ins planned for 2027.
