USA Today Top Workplaces

This year, USA Today named Merus a Top Workplace in two cities we’re proud to call home—Cincinnati and Nashville. Check out the official lists here and here

As our work gains momentum in both markets, these recognitions underscore our belief that great developments start with people who care deeply about what they’re building.

In Cincinnati, our team is on track to deliver a 446,000 SF industrial facility for global energy leader, Schneider Electric, supporting their growing demand and expected to create 250 jobs across southwestern Ohio region. We're also deepening our urban multifamily presence with The Point, and beginning work on its companion project, The Arc, which will bring more student housing options to the University of Cincinnati.

Within the Middle Tennessee area, we’re proud to see our most recent multifamily development, Aspire Midtown now leasing in the heart of the city, as well as continued momentum at our one-of-a-kind production campus, Rock Nashville, where industry community meets local resources.

Across every office and project, we know what sets Merus apart is our people. We’re 100% employee-owned, which means every win is shared. We care deeply about creating an environment where our team feels supported and challenged, and we're grateful these recognitions reflect that shared commitment.
