Merus leads 2026 NAIOP winners in Middle Tennessee

We lead this year’s NAIOP Nashville award winners.

We were recognized by NAIOP Nashville as 2026 Developer of the Year in Middle Tennessee and featured in the Nashville Post as a leader among this year’s award recipients. The recognition reflects the work we’re delivering across the region and the performance of our projects shaping the Nashville market.

NAIOP Nashville’s annual awards recognize impact across commercial real estate development and design. This year’s honors point to the scale, complexity, and execution of the work underway across our Nashville portfolio.

Over the past year, our Nashville team delivered one of its strongest periods of performance despite a challenging market.

In 2025, we:

• Delivered more than 1.1M SF of industrial space
• Broke ground on 1M+ SF of new development across Middle Tennessee
• Completed 278 multifamily units, including our first high‑rise project

Recent coverage reflects progress on projects like Rivergate Master Plan Development, Aspire Midtown, Rock Nashville, Jetway Logistics, and Simpson Strong‑Tie, and reinforces the momentum we built following our transition to Merus in January 2025.
