Patrick Poole named to Nashville Post’s 2026 In Charge list

Patrick Poole, SVP & Nashville Market Leader, has been named a leader in Real Estate on the Nashville Post’s 2026 In Charge list, an annual recognition of the leaders driving Nashville forward.

Since joining Merus in 2020, Patrick has helped scale our presence across Middle Tennessee, landing several of our largest development and design-build projects and building a strong, locally rooted portfolio. His leadership and market insight have been key to delivering impactful work, from Rock Nashville, a state-of-the-art rehearsal and production campus, to multifamily high-rises like Aspire Midtown.
